How to unlock the Fowl Play achievement in Yakuza 3 Remastered - Definitive Guide
To get a turkey you need to bowl 3 strikes in a row. The easiest way to get a strike is to move 2 steps to the left from the centre and aim for the gap between the middle pin and the pin on its immediate left or right. I found that setting the power gauge to around 50% produced more consistent strikes than full power shots. If you aim too far to the left or right, you can use curve to ensure the ball hits the gap. This method also makes it easy to fulfil the completion requirement for bowling, which requires a score of 200 in 10 frames.

This is about as good advice as any out there. Aim for the spot mentioned above and I also found that lowering the power helped. Even then, it seemed I got 9/10 pins most of the time, so there's some weird randomness to this minigame.

I was so insanely lucky with this, thank you Ebon Hawk. Doing it at 50 Strength is what got me those three strikes in a row. I owe you a hug and a huge favor you should call in some time, haha

A turkey requires 3 strikes in a row. There's no sure-fire way to get three strikes in a row but there are some ways to ensure higher success. The key to getting a strike is hitting the front pin at the side with spin on the bowling ball. This means you should angle away from the middle pin and add enough spin so the ball curves around and his the side. My video below shows how I did it, so if you follow that method it will happen eventually. It took me about 2 hours of trying so don't expect it right away, but it does work.
What worked for me for this achievement and 200 points in 10 round bowling
1. 4 steps to the left (you are on the second dot from the left)
2. aim at the middle pin
3. power 95-100
4a. if you aimed at the middle pin spin the ball half bar to the left (each bar has 2 positions half and full, you can recognize if you are half spinning or full spinning the ball by looking at the speed at which the ball icon spins)
4b. if you aimed at the spot between the middle and the pin to its left - cross fingers
4c. if you aimed at the spot between the middle and the pin to its right - cross your fingers and half bar spin to the left
4d. if you aimed at the pin to the right of the middle pin - half bar spin left and cross your fingers
4e. if you aimed at the spot between the pin to the right of the middle pin and the pin to the right of it - full bar spin to the left.
4a and 4e had the biggest success ratio for me of scoring strikes

Strike three times in a row in bowling. Here, unlike other Yakuza, there is no possibility to select the weight of the ball and thus the speed of movement of the direction arrow, so at first it will be difficult. It is almost guaranteed that you will get a strike if you move two points to the left or right and hit the ball exactly between the very first pin and the next one. If it doesn’t work right between, you can try to twist it, but it’s already harder.
A little practice and everything will work out. Especially if you go for platinum, 200 points without 5-6 strikes in a row is unrealistic.
