Heat actions are the mini-cutscenes after pressing 
when the icon is shown in battle. You need to first build heat (the bar below your health bar) by punching enemies and not getting too beat up yourself. Simply finish the final enemy in an encounter with a heat move 10 times to get this trophy.

Heat actions occur when the 
button appears on your screen and Kiryu has a blue fire around him. Easiest way to obtain this is to get into 10 fights, save your heat, or use a heat up item to gain heat, and when there is one person left, grab one of the nearby items and defeat them with it. Do this 10 times and the achievement will unlock.
