In front of the Orphanage in Ryuku, is the beach. If you click on the fishing rod, while having bait in your inventory e.g. worms, and then back out, you may find an item along the coastline to the far left or far right. Only one item will appear but if you go fishing and then back out, a new item will appear. You can also leave to Downtown Ryuku and come back.
Wooden Box with Item Inside - Does Not Count
Stick/Branch - Does count
Soda Can - Does Count
Broken Umbrella - Does Count
You need to pick 5 items of rubbish/trash up, feel free to discard afterwards and a further 25 for another achievement. May be buggy so may require a few more pickups than initially listed in achievement titles. Good luck hunting!
