You can find the darts minigame in Bantum. The object is to hit three bullseyes in one round. Here's how I got it:
Select 01, starting with 901 points so you get 20 rounds to get to 0. Put your controller in your lap, then rest your left hand on the controller, placing your index finger on the top of
and thumb on the bottom. Next, move it to the bullseye, then pull back on 
about half way and release. If you're finding that the darts go too low too often, you can try focusing on the triple 20.

I found it easiest aiming for the bullseye. Try and get the location moving around the bullseye area and pull back in a moderately slow and smooth motion then let go. It will take some practice and luck to land a bullseye three times in a row. Play different dart games in the completion list so you can knock those out at the same time!
