This is the same achievement you've seen before. Just run everywhere and don't take taxis (well, take the one in Hotel district five times to make him your ally). You can check stats in your hideout.

It is bugged for me ......this game!!! I have 6 achievements that are glitched atm........

check ur stats at the hideout i did all substories and other stuff like the training for all the characters and checked it in the finale part and was still at 95 km

Yup, looks like it's definitely possible for this to bug out. The stats say I'm at 100km but no sign of the achievement yet.
Edit: So I had to get this via New Game +, thankfully your distance stat is completely reset (even when using clear data) and you can try for it again. I would strongly suggest keeping an eye on your stats as you play, and once you get to 90km or so grinding/saving so that if it doesn't pop you can reload for another try.

Ironically in comparison to jrod’s comment on when they popped this I ended up getting my 100km step right when I was heading to New Serena after having popped my final other achievement for my first playthrough (that wasn’t, you know, finishing the game). Basically, YMMV on when you get this popped.

Unless you're racing through the story, you'll probably unlock this during Part 3 (Tanimura). I unlocked it Chapter 1, when Tanimura

. Just for reference, I completed all of the substories as they became available and completed Akiyama's hostesses and the Hostess Maker too.
