Yakuza 6: The Song of Life

To get this achievement 1st you must first complete all 3 of ono Michio's substories which can be started as soon as Chapter 4 but the last 2 are started in chapter 5. The substories are “29: Oh No! It’s Ono Michio”, “30: The Ono Michio Show” and “31: Putting on a Brave Face”. After completing all 3 of those substories Ono Michio may now appear in one of four places. Ono Michio should appear randomly at the docks, in the Shopping District, right by Kiyomi's bar, or by the Ropeway ticket counter. Talk to him and he will pose. Take his picture and the achievement will pop after exiting photo mode. Here is a video of someone taking his picture at the ropeway. Note: The cardboard cutout of the character does not count towards the achievement.
