The RIZAP training opens up during chapter one as a substory, approach the gym on Theatre Alley on the western side of the map (if you’re familiar with previous Yakuza games it’s located where the bowling alley used to be). This will trigger a short cutscene of buff guy bragging about his gains and you’ll meet Makuta, the trainer of the gym.
To complete the substory you’ll have to talk to Makuta, pick 2 exercises to do from a list of six (they’re just basic button tapping mechanics) and then go eat something that he suggests with a cryptic clue. Once you’ve eaten you have to return to Makuta and he will grade your workout and meal and you’ll get some exp.
That completes the substory but in order to get the achievement you have to do it again 2 more times, picking a different exercise each time, doing all six at least once.
You can’t go straight to training again after returning to Makuta though, you have to leave the building and go get in a fight and then come back, but that only takes a minute.

Apparently, the trophy may have a sudden glitch. I got it on my second visit to the gym, meaning I only completed 4 different exercises.
