This achievement is a serious grind.
However, if you followed my guide on how you get 100 victories, you likely have a lot of Yen (running Amon Army Parts 2 or 3 repeatedly does that). If you want to continue grinding, read from the following paragraph on. If you just want to toss this mode into the sun, go to RIZAP and get Burn+ (gives you hunger -100). Next, find a restaurant that has exp in a category (Strength, Agility, or Technique) you're lacking in. Eat until you're full, then drink Burn+ twice and repeat until ready. Then return to Joe, select train and level up your highest leveled character. Repeat the process until he's level 99.
Anyway, you should already have both Chief Advisor (x2 exp) and Chief of HQ (x1.5 exp) positions opened up to give a couple characters exp boosts.
For this achievement, I recommend Hiroshi Tanahashi (R) as Chief Advisor since he takes the least amount of exp out of everyone I'm using in my Strike Team. I made the mistake of using Kazuchika Okada (SR). Codes below.

My total strength at the time of this post is 67178.
Now, to get the most bang for your buck, you should play The **** Army Part 2 (or 3 if you're feeling confident enough).
Kazuchika Okada (my Chief Adviser) averages 17,000-20,000 exp when I run Part 2 and he's currently level 60. Kiryu (my captain) is level 50.
You can increase your strength by putting soldiers under yourstrike team members and soldiers under those soldiers. You can further increase your strength by leveling up your soldiers using exp you get from the main game.
Finally, try to keep Hiroshi Tanahashi back. You need him alive in case you lose one of your men.
NOTE 1: You can view your progress in the cell phone menu. Just pause and scroll to Clan Creator. However, it's the number of times you've played, not the number of times you've won. If you know you're going to lose a battle, you can quit with
and the counter won't go up. I know because I've tested it myself.

Some additions to note:
Highly recommend not using Amon's ability, as it does friendly fire;
and if you have bonus clan points (ie 300/300), spam buy grenadiers, as they are good at stalling and hardly die.

I found it quicker to buy the other items at RIZAP for exp. It costs a bit more, but 10 MUSCLE and 10 LIMIT will get you 1000 strength, agility, and spirit as well as 300 technique and charm. Toss a BURN or two on top to reduce your hunger back to zero and repeat.

The best way to get this one is stick with either a starting character, or select a good, low cost leader. The one I used was a C rank Daigo Dojima as he has an ability which increases the deployment gauge by 150 each time it's used, very useful for getting the rest of the boys in.
You can make a lot of progress towards this as you work towards winning 100 clan raids for the 'On the Winning Team' Trophy.

To speed this up, you can put your selected character into the Chief Advisor role on the hierarchy screen, which will see them earn 2x EXP (this will be available by the time you have beaten the main set of missions).
The best mission for me was the 2nd from last bonus mission in Kamurocho (The **** Army! Kamurocho Part 2) as it is easy enough to beat quickly and also will give your chosen leader at least 17k EXP per run.
*EDIT* The same series of missions in Onomichi are also great for this. Part 3 is much more managable consistently than in Kamurocho, getting between 20-24k EXP if in the Chief Advisor Role per successful run.
If you don't want to continue with runs after the 100 wins, you can use Kiryu's personal EXP to level him up on the training section.

I strongly advise you to postpone this trophy until you receive the next trophy - for 100 victories in the clan. In fact, you won’t have as much to download as if you had to do it from scratch. Save your time and don’t rush to pour your experience into leveling up your leaders before you reach 100 victories.
