Through-out Kamurocho there are buildings you can climb to the top off. Simply run towards a railing and Kiryu will jump off. Two good places are above the batting center or the cat cafe. Another alternative is getting it later on in the story where you'll be at a shipyard and Kiryu will be forced to jump off of a large cargo container onto the ground which can also give you this achievement.
