Kamurocho minigames
Cabaret club- There is only one club in the entire game and its club shine. You only have to visit the club and talk to 1 of 5 girls once to count for this achievement.

Batting center- It’s in the same place as it is in every other Yakuza game. All you have to do is one course.

Live chatting- You unlock this after doing the substory which can be done during chapter 1. The sub story is called "22. The Temptation of Live Chat" After you've cleared it go talk to the guy at the counter add points to your account then talk to either of the 2 girls.


Rizap- Rizap can be found on the left side of Theatre square right where the bowling alley was in the other games. In order to do this minigame, you’ll need to talk to the personal trainer and then become a member of the gym. After you’ve done that talk to the trainer. The basics of this minigame are to choose 2 of the 6 workouts to get xp (the color on the corners tells you which xp you will be getting) by pressing buttons during certain times or by mashing them. After your workout, your instructor will tell you to go eat certain food with certain proteins or ingredients. It doesn’t matter what you eat but if you eat exactly what he wants you to you'll earn additional xp.

Nyan Nyan Café- The Nyan Nyan Café is located in the southeast corner of Kamurocho on the 3rd floor of the building and can be accessed at the start of the game. The first time you visit the Cafe the owner will talk about barely having any cats. He’ll now want you to help him collect some more stray cats. You’ll need to get cat food from him or a convenience store and feed it to cats until you max out their friendship meter and a person will come and pick it up. Feeding the cat seems to be the minigame


Mahjong- There are two locations for mahjong. One is on the 4th floor of a building on the west side of town near the New Serena bar, while the other is in the basement of the same building with the Nyan Nyan Café on the east side of town. Just play 1 quarter game doesn’t matter if you win or lose.


Onomichi

Baseball- During Chapter 5, as Kiryu approaches his apartment in Onomichi, the team captain will approach Kiryu automatically and make his salespitch. Kiryu will automatically accept the position, and you'll start the Assemble the Team Sub Story automatically.
From that point on, you can ride any Onomichi taxi to the baseball field. Note that for your first game, your team lineup is locked, and you will lose the game. (Note: This minigame can only be done during the daytime)


Clan Creator- You’ll start this minigame during the main story of chapter 5. If you’re worried about it not counting during the story just do another mission of it doesn’t matter if you win or lose.

New Gaudi- Requires you to have started the baseball minigame substory late into chapter 4 and have recruited the 1st person to the baseball team by doing the "we need a ringer" substory. After you’ve met that requirement you need to be in chapter 5 and go south of the Family HQ there is an unmarked blue building on the map go to it and it will be introduced to you by a member of the baseball team. The point of this is to befriend all 5 people in the bar by ordering from the bar, doing karaoke, Darts, or by just talking to the people there. All you need to do for this is just to talk to somebody.

Spearfishing- This minigame will be unlocked as early as chapter 4. This activity can be found at the Ferry Dock daytime-only activity.

Both Cities

Karaoke- There are two locations: in Kamurocho there is a karaoke bar called Karaokekan located along Nakamichi Street, and in Onomichi there is a machine in the New Gaudi bar.

Troublr- During the main story of chapter 2 someone will add an app to Kiryu phone that will alert you when someone uses the app to report something like a crime or at worst a fire you will have to extinguish by finding a fire extinguisher somewhere in either city within the time limit. Note: Once you’ve accepted a request you have a certain amount of time to do it or a notification will pop up saying how they’re disappointed nobody came to help. If you fail a request don’t worry it will show up again.
