This isn’t all that hard. If you pull up Completion List > Adventure, then scroll down past the coin locker stats, the list of restaurants begin. Eat at them all at least once and the achievement pops, once none of them are 0/x

You won't be able to get this trophy till you access the second town, Sotenbori. Once there, simply eat at every eatery along with all the ones at Kamurocho. There are no hidden places to eat it, and you only have to eat one item but you need to eat everything in the game to get the 100% completion trophy.
