How to unlock the An Eye for Talent achievement in Yakuza Kiwami 2 - Definitive Guide

I’ll post a link below that lists all 30 hostesses below. Clicking on their name reveals where to meet or hire them.
I got to 29 and couldn’t figure out where the 30th was. It would not let me scout any more within the club and no substories were appearing on any map!
This list helped helped me locate which one I was missing, obviously by comparing my hostess list to it.
The one I was missing is unlocked after a substory I missed during chapter 13 called The Caberet Killer. In trying to go back and do it, I realized it would only appear if I had Hakura with me. I was already in the beginning of Chapter 14 and didnt have her, couldn’t find her!
However, in playing thru the main story a little further, Hakura comes back for another stroll around town and I was able to finish up that substory and 2 others I had missed that require her presence. (Granny III and the Rooftop Revenge). There may be other but those are the 3 I missed.

Is this missable? I am into the last league now and still haven’t recruited about 6 six hostess through advertisement as per the list in above link. The scouting option is disabled for me and I can’t recruit anymore

no it's NOT missable, you can do this in premium adventure.
