This relates to the training/dates of each platinum hostess.
This popped for me upon the FIRST of the three ‘dates’ with the FINAL plantinum hostess “Kirara” who joins you after you beat Sunshine club. I did not have to complete all three dates in order for it to pop, but if you want to access her substory to complete all for the substories achievement, you’ll have to finish training her.
The platinum hostesses who require training/dates are
Koyuki
Kana
Aika
Shoko
Yua
And finally Kirara
Obviously, Yuki does not need training

For those who had no sign of "dates", please note that the hostess has to reach certain levels to activate the "date" quest, so be careful to get the experience for your new hostess.

In total there are 6 platinum hostesses you can chat to. The last one requires beating the entire Four Shine storyline. To trigger a conversation with a hostess you must do one round of the hostess club minigame. You'll see a drinking icon above their head which means you can take them out and have a chat. Do that for all 6 at least once.

To actually trigger the first conversations, the hostesses need to reach level 10.
