To do this you first need to unlock Quest nº 5 - Supporting Sunflower. Go to the intersection between Showa St. and Nakamichi St., near Don Quijote Kamurocho and you'll spot this lady wearing glasses, a brown coat and a green skirt. After you're done talking to her, walk up to any Poppo store (the nearest is on the next corner at the Pink St. Entrance) and you can use the ATM to donate the money. Now just donate ¥50.000 and go back to the lady. Do the talking and once you're able to walk again, just go to the ATM and donate the other ¥950.000 and the achievement should pop.

I just read this guide after finishing her substory earlier this evening, can you still donate from the ATM's in Kamurocho after the substory concludes?

During chapter 5 a substory becomes available toward the bottom of Nakamichi Street. Speak to the lady and you'll start "Supporting Sunflower" where you'll be tasked with donating to the Sunflower orphanage. Go to an ATM at any convenience store and donate 100k ten times to get this trophy. You can do it anytime after starting or finishing the substory.
