How to unlock the Let's Build Some Hills achievement in Yakuza Kiwami 2 - Definitive Guide

More a guide on characters I would recommend to make things easier for you and how to get them.
So obviously go with who you want but I would recommend:
Hiroshi Tanahashi who provides 40% healing for each character on your team, who can find through scouting.
Ukyo the Bridge Guard who can repair 30% of equipment health, who you have to defeat as a street boss after beating 15 groups of thugs in Sotenbori.
Keiji Mutoh and Masachiro Chono who are achieved towards the end of the storyline are quite handy too. Keiji has a bigger version of Majima's dragon twisted good for taking out bunches of weaker enemies and Chono gives 15 seconds of invincibility and triple attack.
As for the rest its up to you. I personally used Jo Amon who appears after you've finished each subquest on top of Serena. He has an armor ability and deals a lot of damage.
Hiroyoshi Tenzan is good too as he gives each unit 5x attack for his ability good for steamrolling bosses available through scouting.
Kazuchika Okada (The Rainmaker) who has the ability to boost cash pickups and earnings by 3x good for the achievement which is thoroughly explained for that guide. Found through scouting.

Tried to replay missions but it didn't unlock after that either and it is still completed in the "Completion List". I have even unlocked the "All Done" achievement, hopefully it will unlock during my Legend playthrough. I will certainly be more cautious about this achievement.
