Towards the end of chapter 4 you need to go from the Mahjong parlor back to the bar where the detective is. Come at it from the south to start the Cabaret questline. This minigame works almost exactly the same as the minigame from 0. If you are just focusing on this one achievement do not worry about the girl's placement it will just earn you more money. Once you finish the first shift and watch the following cut-scene the related achievement will unlock as well as the cabaret minigame.
