You'll most likely earn this while doing bouncer missions later in the game but if you want to get it early basically all you need to do is get into a fight near a store/restaurant and basically break the glass, chairs or other stuff and then talk to the employee and you'll most likely be asked to leave and never comeback. Just do that 3 times and you'll get the achievement. Most of the time just breaking the glass will do. My achievement unlocked as I smashed the glass of a Poppo store in the middle of the fight.
