How to unlock the A Bad Business achievement in Yakuza Kiwami - Definitive Guide

This side-quest can be started only after you finish the sub-story A Doctor's Duty. Once done, starting in chapter 10 go to the florist's mansion at the back of purgatory and it begins. After the cut-scene go to the champion district and find two men talking to a bartender. Once they go inside talk to the bartender to be let inside. Watch the cut-scene and the owner will get mad and want to fight. Fight him and the other employees outside they are easy to defeat. After they are defeated the sub-story ends and the achievement unlocks.

thanks for the substory name change. I tagged the Kidney Stones achievement because you will be getting that one before obtaining this one so I thought to link my how-to guide on completing that specific quest.

It seemed to have bugged on me. I was lucky enough to have made a save right before starting the substory. Just did it again on that different save and it unlocked right away.

This achievement bugged on me. If anyone knows a fix please let me know. Have rebooted and reinstalled.

The side quest is called “Doctor’s Duty” btw, and you’ve tagged the achievement for doing that sub story, not for doing “The Fake Mizuki’s Truth”.

This substory requires completion of "A Doctor's Duty" and progression to around chapter 9 or 10. Just enter the Florist's room in the underground district for it to trigger. If it doesn't then you haven't done the right substories previously or you're not far enough in the story.
