Second, you need to drop off Haruka at club Stardust. Just talk to the guy in white and select no, i am not ready, then leave Haruka with him. Once outside, The Florist will give you a call asking you to come see him in purgatory. Go to the Dojima building and defeat the men inside. After the cut-scene the sub-story ends and the achievement unlocks.

Just get this sub-story right after the sub-story 6 The fake Mizukis Truth which is related to another achivement. It won't be hard to get this one.
