Story related. This chapter is one of the shortest all things considered. Once you get to the docks there will be a weapons vendor on your right. I recommend buying the cannon from him if you have around 800k to spend. If not its ok. Grab a cup of coffee or something because this next bit is about 5-10 minuets of backstory cut-scenes that explain everything. Once they are done fight the guys on the boat, once the group at the front are delt with swing around the back of the ship and defeat the other two. Afterwards, defeat the final group and the boss. Once he is defeated the final cut-scene will play and the chapter will end. For some reason mine did not unlock until after I saved so do not panic.
