Majima pops out of a nearby manhole cover. NOT the same as Hidden Majima with a manhole.

For those wondering why they are not getting the achievement when you first see him pop out of the manhole cover like all the other Majima achievements this is the rare exception where you have to beat him or let him beat you to get it. Once the fight is over it unlocks.

For the life of me, after 2 hours of walking around in those places, still no Majima from below. Weird.
