How to unlock the Sonic Right Hook achievement in Yakuza Kiwami - Definitive Guide

In chapter 7 once you get to walk around town with Haruka go to the bar Bantam, formerly bar Bacchus. After the cutsceen fight the guy inside. Then go to the Mahjong parlor and give the guy the password “I came to take shelter from the rain.” Defeat the guy inside. The achievement will unlock once you are back outside after a brief dialogue section.

If you do not do this achievement in chapter 7 you need to either wait until after the story or do it again when it is nighttime and you are able to lead Haruka around.

No you can play any substory in premium adventure once you beat the game.

added to the solution. Chapter 7 is in night when you lead Haruka around so I didn't know that thanks.

To trigger this side quest you must be with Haruka and step in the bar named Bantam (the bar where you first find her, by the tower). A cutscene will trigger as you step inside.
