Story related. This chapter is pretty straightforward. after the seen at Serena you need to find Shinji. Follow the blood to the hotel district to get his exact location. Once inside fight your way to the rooftop. Once on the roof, you need to fight enemies and find your way around. Remember you can go up to railings and press
