You have to be holding RB to hold harukas hand. You move extremely slow!
Rubber band your RB button, also rubber band your left stick up ( so you are now walking forward holding hands )
Now all you need to do is “steer” with the right stick camera.
I did this up and down tenkaichi street, from the cab at the bottom, turn back go to Akaushimaru (or just short of it) and turn back, repeat.
Start to finish i only ran into one fight with street thugs. Started writing this guide when i First got it working, achievement popped just as i finished writing - around 20mins.

PSA unless you got a junk controller, never rubberband your buttons or especially your sticks. Great way to ruin them. Just hold rB and walk normally. Corn 0nThe Cobb suggested run beads of good fortune

In premium adventure mode, take Haruka with you at Serena and walk slowly (either by holding R1 or tilting the analog slightly) and Haruka will hold your hand. Walk for about 20 minutes like this to get this trophy. I'd recommend doing Haruka's whims while doing this so it's not too boring.
