How to unlock the Fulfiller of Dreams achievement in Yakuza: Like a Dragon - Definitive Guide

This achievement is obtained through completion of the Final Millennium Tower. Not the True Final Millennium Tower, that would be the "Victory of The Millennium" achievement.

To preface, I ran the party of Lv. 99 Kasuga (Hero), Lv. 99 Joon-Gi Han (Hitman), Lv. 99 Saeko (Idol), and Lv. 99 Adachi (Detective). The highest level of enemy is Lv. 80 (bosses) so I would suggest at least being around Lv. 75 before running it. Admittedly, I overdid it on the grinding but that was in preparation for the True Tower. Feel free to go to 99 just to get it done. Before you run the tower, it is important to know the following about the tower: No save points, there are a couple health stations and item boxes (Primarily right before bosses), bring healing supplies even if you don't end up using them.

Throughout the tower, you will face a total of 5 bosses (Thought Entities), they weren't too hard for my run but results may vary depending on level. They maintain the attacks and weaknesses of their main story counterparts but have a much lower hp. These are also a great way of farming Yen, and I would suggest drinking a Sengoku Coffee at some point during the fights for the x1.5 yen. The boss I had the hardest time with was Kiryu primarily due to his defense but it was still a quick fight. I also found that the rocket launcher chews through any of the bosses but you can only carry 2 at a time & isn't really necessary but it aids in speeding things up.

2nd Floor: Lv. 70 Saejima Weakness: Cold
4th Floor: Lv. 75 Majima Weakness: Heat
5th Floor: Lv. 80 Tendo Weakness: Electricity/Stun Paralysis
6th Floor: Lv. 80 Kiryu Weakness: Cold
Final Floor: Lv. 80 Shin Amon Weakness: Normal Strikes, Blades, Bullets, Cold, Electricity

Hope this helps & Good Luck!

How long does it take to get through the tower roughly? I'm going to try at level 85 with my characters.

@FF Square Enix
For me, the tower took around 20-30 mins maybe. I'd say 30 mins max if you run into some trouble. I also skip/run away from the battle in the lobby against the Subjugation-Kun as well as skip the couple little side rooms as there are some items you can get, there really aren't necessary (to me at least)

Thanks for the answer, that's great to know, I thought it was going to take at least an hour. Great guide +1 from me.

@Fuzzmeister J
I was still able to run from the Subjugation-Kun in both towers as of yesterday but that was the only one from either tower as far as I know.

What console are you on? Maybe the Series X loads too fast?

You just run straight? Got a video of it?

In "run" I meant flee. If you hold LB during fights (Subjugation Kun was the only one I found in the Final Millennium Tower), you can flee from the battle. If you are gonna flee, make sure there's space behind the character to run to or you'll get "But... There was no escape" and switch to whoever is next.

Oh! I remember the game telling me "Our party does not run from fights!" and didn't know that was an option. :p

Just wanted to say that i was lvl 80 with my main char and around 75 with the others, i leveled just 1 job and had them at around lvl 50 on every char. The tower was very, very easy at that point.

I was able to easily beat this at level 67 by the end I was level 69 the dealer on the second female party member is busted I’m surprised no one is talking about it. just use the move where she throws three darts over and over and the bosses get shredded.

qDirtyBryan... wish u had said the name of the “second female party member”. That can be interpreted a couple different ways and i honestly have no idea which one you mean. I looked it up and see you meant Eri, there’s lots of info on it out there.

Thanks for the tip with Eri, wouldn't use her otherwise!

The subjugation-kun fight can be skipped entirely if you have the item equipped which eliminates random encounters.

Can the 3 darts dealer skill be used by Saeko?

Another helpful tip is that many of the enemies are weak to lightning. Each job has 2 skills that carry over to all jobs(red icon skill). Fortuneteller has a lightning skill at rank 18, host has an ice skill at 10, and foreman has a fire skill at rank 24. The new update shows if an enemy is weak to an attack before you cast it too. So, select a skill and see if it shows as weak.

I'm in chapter 15 but grinding money and rank for the true tower. I guess I can move ahead a little for now, but I'll wait for everyone to be 99 then grind the jobs after this tower.

Edit: So rank 99 makes the normal tower easy, but the true tower is super hard compared to it. Also, I don't think you can run past any fights. Maybe they patched that?

This achievement is unlocked by completing the Final Millennium Tower. You will face a harder version of this for Victory of the Millennium (80G) so see that solution for preparation tips.

Once you beat the game, you will be given access to Premium Adventure which allows you to free roam and do side missions and activities. One other thing you can do is a post game dungeon called the Final Millennium Tower. The Final Millennium Tower basically has you replay the final dungeon of the game but with tougher enemies this time including clones of Majima, Kiryu, and Saejima. Honestly, I found this dungeon to be pretty simple since I did it after finishing everything else (other than the True Final Millennium Tower). If you are at least level 70 with a job at level 30+, you should okay to tackle this dungeon and have little to no issues. Once you defeat Amon on the top floor, you will earn this trophy.

The last tower, Millennium, opens immediately after completing the main story.
