Yakuza: Like a Dragon

Don't worry about this one, it's basically unmissable and will pop during the main story. Depending on your play style, and how many substories you do will differ when it pops for you. For me, I popped this during Chapter 10, but I was doing basically all the substories available as well.

And keep note that only Ichiban has to reach Level 30, not anyone else.
