For me, the only thing missing is Kamurocho, but every time I go to the indicated location I don't find the NPC. Is there any specific condition or other tip you can give me?

What worked for me was to not have the ring that doesn't spawn enemies equipped and get into fights. Then I was able to find the one I was missing. You may have to go back to the ones you've been to already. Prior to that not a single one of them was spawning.

I also believe there is a corelation between Equipment and them spawning. I had no luck for hours on the Last one in ijincho and the two in sotenbori and kamurocho. After unequiping every charm to be Safe as I had not equipped the aformentioned Hariti Amulet, I got two of them after the next reload and the Last one after 2-3 reloads.
So it is at least worth trying if you had no Luck for a long time.
Could still just been rng and luck.

I had Haritis Amulet equipped and found all honk honks quickly. Generally I would taxi far away and then back, not sure if that helps

Been at this achievement for well over 10 hours combined now. Still cannot get the guy one and the one in kamurocho to spawn. Have tried taking a taxi far away and back, taken the amulet off, reloading the game every time. Nothing works.

After trying to spawn Honk-Honk Man for an hour straight, I searched to see if there were any strategies that might help. Saw a couple of people say that they changed the time to night and he immediately spawned, then they travelled straight to Kamurocho and the Honk-Honk Princess immediately spawned.

Almost sounds too good to be true, but it just worked for me! Went from nothing in an hour to done in a couple of minutes.

*Edit: Just added FYI, I didn’t have to change any equipment or anything. I took a taxi from Survive to the spot near Honk-Honk Man after changing the time of day, then took the taxi from that spot to Kamurocho. After arriving in Kamurocho, ran to the Honk-Honk Princess spawn avoiding fights and using taxis.

The game went to night and the man's still not showing up.

Edit: Finally found him! Now I just need the princess to spawn.

Edit 2: Found the princess for the pop! clap

For those who doesn’t get honkhonk spawned, just back to Survive and switch time to daylight/night twice, there must one of unseen honkhonks spawned.

Highly recommend trying to knock out this achievement asap instead of putting it off for last. It’s more manageable if you check these locations after main/side quests.

This achievement is driving me insane. The guy behind Sunlight Castle and the girl in Kamorucho won't spawn. I've tried all the suggestions (changing time of day, reloading, taking taxis) and nothing is working for me.

I want to share something that worked for me, at least for the last two(3 and 5).

First, I want to mention that some people have said that wearing Hariti's Amulet(an item that stops random enemy spawns) makes them less likely to spawn. I DID get 3 of the 5 with the Amulet equipped, but unequipping the Amulet got me the one in Kamurocho within 3 reloads.

For 3, I never spawned at the Taxi directly South. When that one appeared for me, I was going back and forth between Kamurocho and Ijincho and running from the initial spawns to the locations I still needed.

After getting that one, I tried spawning at EVERY taxi in Kamurocho and running to the spawn for 5. I didn't get it, so I took Hariti's Amulet off and spawned at "W Shichifuku", then "Theater Ave" and finally "Park Blvd", which is where that one showed up.

I honestly don't know if ANY of the things I changed made a difference, but I wanted to share the information at least.

It might be like Yakuza 0 which really doesnt like quick resume. Always make sure to get to the main menu and quit the game fully each time.

FYI - I can't say with any kind of real certainty but if you're having problems spawning the Honk Honks make sure that you do not have Hariti's Amulet equipped - the item which prevents random battles on the streets.

I farmed for almost two hours with it equipped and didn't see a single honk honk. Took it off and I had found the last 4 that I needed for the achievement within 30 minutes.

Could just be RNG and selection bias - but worth a shot if you are in the same boat I was in!

I did some extensive tests on the spawns, and here are my findings if people are still having problems. I did this on PC but I imagine its still the same. Just taxi'ing wasn't enough, I had to keep reloading the save. It would spawn one at a time, and I'd taxi away, and back, and they were still there until a reload.

I would save the game in the city, taxi to the location, if they weren't there, I'd reload, taxi back, repeat.

I had Hariti's Amulet equipped as well.

Worked for me, good luck guys.

Lots of confirmation bias going around for this one. I was wearing Hariti's amulet, tried paying the others, save/reload, etc. Finally got the man after going btw Kamurocho and Ichinjo, default taxi drops for both, many times, and the princess appeared immediately after I finally got the man. I think it's just BS RNG.

I don't take any credit for this as I saw it posted on Reddit by a guy called DWFMOD.

"The thing that worked for me, for both the guy and the woman underground in ijincho, was to get a taxi and get out half way across the map from them and walk/run to the locations- if I hopped a taxi that landed anywhere near them they didn't spawn."

I tried this method, worked first time for me.
Hope it helps!

For me, after countless hours taxi and job re-rolling, I found a method that worked. There are 5 spawn locations and there is always 1 Honk Honk person spawned at a time. If you go and find the currently spawned Honk Honk person and pay them, it's a guarantee reroll of their spawn vs waiting on RNG doing taxi re roll or job switch. After finding this method it only took me 10 minutes to get both the Honk Honk Man and Princess to spawn.

Honk-Honks in this game are similar to the Dragon Quest "Puff-Puff" but here they will increase your personality traits. There are a total of five people to find for this achievement, and unfortunately the person will not always spawn when you go to the appropriate location. If they didn't spawn, use a taxi for another chance and repeat until they show up. The locations of each person can be found HERE.

Honk-Honks are Yakuza's equivalent of Dragon Quest's Puff-Puffs. They involve a scene that implies relations between Kasuga and the person giving the Honk-Honk. There are a total of 5 Honk-Honk people throughout the game. 3 are found in Isazaki Ijincho, 1 is in Sotenbori and 1 is in Kamurocho. This means that you cannot earn this trophy until at least chapter 15. Honk-Honks cost money but a re great way to increase Kasuga's personality stats, especially if you can find them multiple times. Honk-Honk people do not always appear so you may have to fast travel back and forth in order for them to appear. Their locations are as follows:

10,000 Yen Girl south of Survive Bar (+10 Passion)

50,000 Yen Girl in the subway near Wette Kitchen (+10 Passion, Charisma & Kindness)

100,000 Yen Man behind Sunlight Castle (+10 to all stats)

50,000 Yen girl in Sotenbori (+10 Confidence, Passion, & Charisma)

30,000 Yen Girl in Kamurocho (+10 Intellect, Style & Charisma)

Game version 1.09. I consider it the most difficult and absurd trophy in the game. It took me about 5 hours to receive.
So, to get the trophy you need to stock up on ¥500,000, goodies, valerian and patience because the loading simulator mechanics with many attempts are activated. Spawning 5 NPS occurs EXCLUSIVELY through the loading screen.
The trophy is obtained after Chapter 15 when fast travel opens in Kamuro-cho:
1. Location Ijin-cho. Piu viu girl spawns in a small nook, south of the Survival bar, spawns easily through the entrance/exit of the bar.
2. Sotenbori location. Piu viu madam spawns east of the Four Shine club in a nook behind the stairs, spawns easily through the chain of fast travel taxis Sofuku-cho south/Sofuku-cho.
3. Location Ijin-cho. Piu viu man spawns behind the hospital from which we rescued Saeko's father. To open the gate you need a solar key (Falls in the hospital from a mini boss). Spawns through the chain of fast travel taxis Sunny Castle/Electoral Commission. It is located in the very corner, so as soon as you run into the gate you don’t have to run any further, if there is no one at the end of the path - you will save a lot of time.
4. Location Kamuro-cho. Piu Viu Princess spawns in the appendix of the hotel district in the northwestern part of the map. Spawning through the mini-game in the baseball center will be the fastest.
5. Location Ijin-cho. Piu viu lady spawns in the underground passage located in the north of Isezaki Alley. Spawns through a chain of fast travel taxis Jinnai Station/Isezaki Alley. (I succeeded on ~150 attempts)

I would venture to suggest that the appearance of the NPCs we need is influenced by the Amulet of Hariti (removes enemies from the streets). While exploring the city during the day with this amulet, I came across the first "piu-viu" by accident, after which I checked other places and immediately found two more. I returned to those places where there was no one at night and just as quickly met them.
I don’t know how much the time of day affects their appearance, but after receiving the trophy, I repeatedly met these individuals in the same places, day and night, wearing the same amulet.

Change the time of day and location often. I had over 200 unsuccessful runs. After I started changing the time of day, NPCs appeared within 2-5 runs. Patience to you, colleagues!

Apparently, with the latest patches, getting the trophy has been simplified. I met all the missing NPCs by simply changing the time of day.

Initially I couldn’t find “Madame pew-wee”. I found a hint on English-language forums that there is a high chance of the desired piu viu appearing if you change the time of day twice in a row at the survival bar. Then get to the NPC's destination.

The Hariti amulet does not affect the appearance of Piu-Viu-NPC, I met the latter in Sotenbori after a couple of dozen days and nights with the equipped item.

Possibly random, but - The last three NPS do not appear until you complete the “Playing with Fire” trophy. After completion, three appeared in a row.

A trophy for luck, so to speak. The appearance of pew-wee people at their spawn points is completely random.
There are five of them in total. Three in Ijincho, one in Sotenbori and one in Kamurocho.
The first is in the bar area in a zigzag passage next to the Survive bar (near the silver safe). Costs 10k.
The second is in the underground passage near the Ijincho arch near the silver safe. Costs 50k.
The third, oddly enough, is a man in a locked courtyard behind the Sunny Shelter. You will receive the key according to the story. There are still a lot of gold safes there. Appears very rarely. Costs 100k.
The fourth is the aunt in Sotenbori in the lower right part of the map. If you played Yakuza 0, then remember the cabaret that Majima ran. Here, opposite him around the bend, by the silver safe. Costs 50k.
The fifth is in Kamurocho in the hotel area. There is a small street behind the baseball center that connects two large roadways in the hotel area (the very top of the map). And in the middle there is a branch with a safe. This is where she appears. Also quite rare.

They appear from updating the map. So taking a taxi between cities is a surefire way to trigger a spawn. I’m not sure if the teleport to the nearest taxi works, since I tested the respawn on one of the ladies. Used her service and teleported to the nearest taxi. She remained in place and the service was used. It makes me think that to reload the map, a more radical means is needed than teleporting to a taxi point in one location.

Girls (guys) for piu-viu appear perfectly even if you just move by taxi within the territory/city. It is not necessary to change the location.
