How to unlock the Master of Trades achievement in Yakuza: Like a Dragon - Definitive Guide

This achievement is pretty much the same as the ones for one job being maxed out and seven jobs maxed out. You'll inevitably get this one while working on them. Simply get any 3 jobs on any of your party members to rank 30.

Chances are you'll be around rank 20 or so by the time you reach chapter 12. After that go through the Sotenbori Battle Arena a few times to finish ranking to 30. Be sure you grab the Job XP accessories from the various stores and make use of the ones you acquire from substories.

what is the best way to grind up? What is best weapon and accessories to get. My party right now is Iciban, adachi, sa-chan and Han.

As I stated in the solution, your best way is to utilize the Sotenbori Battle Arena in chapter 12 along with the accessories that give extra job XP. There is at least one really good upgradeable weapon per job but they take a lot of money and materials. If you search online you'll find a good list.

Three professions can be upgraded from different characters. Not necessarily just one. You need profession level 30 for it to count.
