Yars: Recharged

To get this, you must fail a mission while inside the Zorlon Cannon. Just fire up the first Arcade mission, kill two turrets to charge up the Cannon, then wait. Once the Qotile Core starts charging it's disc attack, go inside the Cannon and stand still. The Core will target you, it's disc will penetrate your defenses and take you out, earning you the achievement.
