Yars: Recharged

As stated in the description, you must use all powerups to get this achievement. Each kind of enemy (except for Qootile cores) will give you a powerup on defeat. If you're going for all achievements, you'll be playing all missions in Mission mode. This unlocked for me in mission nº 6, Crossed Swords. This mission doesn't have all enemy types though, so you'll have to play other missions to find those.
