In Week 41, Cedani is at it again; she is training a new agent: a bear cub!

Against what we would usually do in this situation, you need to let her keep the bear. Remain positive and choose the option that doesn't lean towards killing it.

Congratulations, you now have a bear on your Council Chambers.

This ticks over in the background until Week 48 where a soldier will interrupt you to tell you the bear has caused a problem. Choose 'quick' to rush to the Chambers and find Cedani and the bear have knocked over a bookcase.

Again, against better judgement, keep the bear with 'Fine'.

Once more, this ticks over in the background until Week 50 - the seige. The first night (after a day of attacks), a soldier comes again stating hounds are in the castle. Either choice is fine, so if you have had to use your hunter during the day, you can still get this achievement.

You'll run to Cedani and see that the bear has killed all the hounds and your beloved daughter has come away unscathed! I guess the bear was a good secret agent after all!

If you let Cedani keep her bear in week 41 and in week 48 in the first night of the last battle a soldier will come and you must be fast and send a hunter. In the castle the bear saved the situation and the achievement will pop.
