This one thankfully is unmissable folks. In Week 44, you get a letter from Ivo saying Lorsulia was burned alive. Play through the week normally, then when you choose to move to the next week, you get a stirring cutscene as the game pans to the clouds and the achieve pops before you get to the end of the week screen.

yet again i dug up the internet for a better guide https://www.neoseeker.com/yes-your-grace/walkthrough even tho they notify you quantity are different so far that's about the only difference I've seen **also the loan guy never comes again for the people who play on PC i know this from watching a PC play through before i found this hence why hes never mentioned again
