This achievement unlocks on completion of Week 50 after the seige.
Plot choices are largely irrelevant for this one: play as the tyrannical or benevolent ruler - just survive all the weeks with enough money, supplies and village contentment to make it to the end.
If you're struggling during a particular section, you can play through the opening interactions and make a note of what the people need (hunter/witch/general), plus how much contentment you'll lose to refuse a request.
You can then reload the save, uncheck the agents not needed (general etc to save money) and refuse help to those who won't affect your contentment at all/too severely.
When playing, try to keep a general note on which quests you helped and which you didn't. During the seige preparation, this will save you from sending agents out unnecessarily just to have support refused.
The game itself is relatively simple to complete, just keep an eye on your numbers and be prepared for sudden shifts.
