There are 2 ways to get this:
On the first guy Buchu, step forward a little bit so that when he lands he will be on the other side of you. At the same time turn around crouch and hit him with punches by pressing forward towards him. Make sure you are close enough to where subsequent punches will land. Do it fast enough and he wont be able to hit you back.
The 2nd way is on the Feedle fighting stage. Just use the side kick as it has good range and kick all the opponents away. it only takes 1 hit to kill each guy. you only have to take out maybe 6 guys. its extremely easy.

As the achievement states get a Perfect on any opponent in the game, win without taking any damage. There are 2 opponents in the game that are easiest to get a Perfect on: Buchu and Feedle. Refer to the Invincible solution on the best Strategies for obtaining a Perfect on them.
