The best place to get this trophy would be to teleport to the bridge in the southwest part of town leading north towards the Empty Building area. This is the spot where you found the PART 1 collectible in an impact site. Follow the main road south, then east, until you get to a small outlook where there are two vending machines and often three cats. Throw the treat out and wait a few seconds before they all flock to you. Pet all three to bring your count up; they will usually have different mewling sounds to them, allowing you to distinguish one from the other. Return to the Jizo Statue and teleport away, then back, to repeat the process two and a third more times. If you want to get this naturally, just keep in mind any locations you've seen a cat and return there to see if they remain, allowing you to get a few more in the process. The location described above is the easiest place to grind this trophy out.
