By completing the game, you'll be the new owner of Chaco and will be able to bring him along on your escapades exploring the towns at night. He will prevent Mr. Yomawari from being able to kidnap you, and he is involved in collecting one Collectible in the Nearby Town, but beyond that, he's not necessarily useful. Simply walk around the towns for a collected total of ten minutes unpaused to have this trophy.
