This Achievement will pop by planting a tree seed in one of the small, circular dirt plots found in any province on the game's map.

It will NOT unlock by planting a tree seed in a tree plot in any of the farms.

You can plant a tree if you have tree seeds. You can trade these seeds or you can find them by cutting tall grass or trees. If you cut down a tree, you will be able to immediately plant another one.
