The quest is in Cinderton. Collect 5 pieces of Celestial Ore give to Silvia and wait three nights and she will give you the spare parts.

Story related.
This is one of the final few main missions that you have to complete to fix the Cloud Catcher. First you will have to go to Cinderton to talk to the Constructor Guild Master. Then she will task you to go inside the Stark Caverns and mine five pieces of Celestial Ore. I have shown all five locations in the video. You can also find a sprite here. After finding the sprite, the old man will give you access to the final piece of celestial ore. Return to the Guild Master and give her the ore. She will request that you come back after three nights to pick up the Spare parts. Once you come back and receive the Spare Parts, the trophy Let's go Sailing will unlock. This is weird because doing the other trophy will unlock this trophy. It’s a random glitch that many will face, but do not worry both story quest related trophies will unlock after finishing the final few quests.
