To make a biome happy, you will need to clear murk, complete quests, plan trees, talk to the NPCs and (in certain biomes) build a farm. You can see the happiness of each biome when you open the map; you will need 75% in one Biome to get this trophy. Note that you will also need 50% in every Biome for a Sage Stone.
