After lowering all five of Trowzer's paywalls (refer to Five Paywalls!! Scum. (40G) for doing so), you'll then need to collect an additional 30 T.W.I.T. coins from chapters and then visit Trowzer at his house in the desert to the north of the overworld. Give him the 30 T.W.I.T. coins and this achievement will unlock. This is required in order to access the final three chapters in the game.
