When you get to the Factory Fright book (Chapter 2), make a right until you see this guy on a wall, pick the first option he gives you and pay him 1 coin. Then you should unlock this achievement.

Trowzer's first Paywall can be found east/right of the second Chapter and requires 1 T.W.I.T. coin. While the simplest, it is the start of several other payment plans that Trowzer has set up. You can use any of the ten possible T.W.I.T. coins that can be obtained from the two Chapters available to you at the start.
