Yooka-Laylee and the Impossible Lair

Glitched, got all the other badges but not this one

Unfortunately it decided not to unlock for me too

The game skipped my 16 bees saved achievement badge. It unlocked on xbox, but the game shows it as not completed.

I have all the achievements, all unlocked in the ingame achievement page as well but I still have yet to unlock it :(

This one glitched for me, is there a way to fix it?

Glitched on me as well, anyone know if replaying the game fixes it or if someone has contacted the devs?

Why is this locked for some people and not others??? Can anyone confirm if replaying the entire game on a new save file works?

I’ve contacted the devs too but I’m really worried and peeved about this not popping.

Edit/Update: I actually went through the entire freaking game again. I deleted my old save, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, even removed my profile and re-added it to my console. Got all tonics, coins, bees, and beat capital B AGAIN. Made sure to play through levels with the 1/2/3/4 tonics equipped.

No achievement. 😠

Mine just glitched unfortunately. Has anyone had it randomly unlock at some other time? I've had a few do that in the past.

Just glitched for me as well, terrible way to end an otherwise enjoyable experience. I submit a bug report regarding it.

What a let down! I just finished the Not So Impossible Lair level and was hoping to see pop my two remaining achievements but this one glitched on me as well. I played it in Game Pass so if it gets fixed any time soon, I will be forced to buy it if I want to have 100%. It's a good game but not worth the full price for what I'm missing. Probably they are just waiting for it to leave Game Pass in order to fix it.

Oof. This not unlocking was the icing on the cake for this terrible game.

PErsonally the last thing i did was beat the game and the final achievement still popped for me.
I did do exactly those things that he mentioned though
Checked off all the !! in the accolades/ bees screens and save and quit every time i stopped playing. Quitting the game on the dash.

The last to unlock for me was Tonic Boom (61 tonics paid for) but it didn't give me this one. Tried dash quits, launching via cloud, switching profiles... nothing.

I urge everyone to submit bug reports via the link in the forum topic. Repeatedly bringing it to their attention will increase the likelihood of a fix!

Unlocked for me without any problems; when buying the tonics I waited for the save icon to go away between each purchases, also left beating the boss as the final achievement to complete

Same problem for me. I just beat the final boss. I just unlocked the achievement of it. It was the last thing I had to do.

The conspiracy part of my brain is wondering if they are waiting until this game leaves game pass until they fix it...

Regardless, please submit a support ticket! It takes like 1 min. Even if the cheevo unlocked for you please help us with getting this higher on their priority list!

Was going to start this game tonight but glad I ran across these comments…I won’t be playing this until they have fixed this.

Damn, I was looking forward to playing this after finishing the first game too. Guess I'll play it on Switch or something.

glitched for me as well. submitted a report. games are being pushed out with less and less. i miss the 360 era :(

Shame, would have liked to play this. Ill pass until a guarenteed workaround is found or this is fixed. My time is too valuable to do things multiple times for no reward.

Got the response "This is a currently known issue, we've passed your report to the team for further investigation."

Would recommend anyone else with this problem also fills in a report and hopefully they will fix it sooner

I would suggest, before you glitch your achievement and make it not or at least less likely to unlock, that you don't unlock every other achievement before beating the game once. Leave the end game as more of a prelude to mopping up. Save your last achievements to be purchasing all of the tonics or the 4th tonic slot. Something that would normally take longer than beating the game. If you've already glitched your achievement, I'm sorry you didn't get it! This one popped for me after saving the collections for last. As a lesser thing to note, I also checked off every alert ( ! ) in the menu (Beetallion Army, Tonics, and Achievements), just in case. I don't think those matter as much, but in the off chance they may contribute to completion. I just did it from the beginning of the game anyhow. I also Saved and Continued as well as Saved & Quit from the pause menu when I was turning off the game instead of just turning off my console and relying on quick start. Just a few things to stick to if you're afraid you're going to run into the glitch! Happy hunting!

Experiencing the issue as well. What a bummer. Doubly disappointing as I was planning to use this game for the March 2022 game completion challenge on this site. Ticket submitted to Team17 as well.
