This can be done before ever starting the game in a few minutes. From the main menu go to Rextro's Arcade: 1P. Then select your save game file (if you don't have one it will create one). Select any of the games you want with the

To get this, complete one of Rextro's arcade games, then select to do it again. It will display a leaderboard. Complete it again but aim to beat the top score.
If you do the race arcade game in world 1, you need to complete the race with MORE than 2:30 on the clock. There is a shortcut across some planks with 2 enemies on it. You do not need to do the shortcut every lap, but doing it at least twice will give you some room for error.
If you are doing the Glaciator arcade game in World 2, you need to score more than 1400 points. When you reach 1400 by collecting feathers, stop collecting and jump onto one of the elevated platforms on the left or right of the screen and stay still. The enemies cannot reach you here

After finding the coin to be able to play Rextro's arcade game, you need to first play it and complete it one time. After completing it that first time, Rextro will let you know that you have another prize waiting for you if you can get a high score. Replay the game and finish the 5 laps in less than 2:30 to get the high score and this trophy. You will also receive a Pagie from him for completing this as well.

This is where things can get a little more tricky depending on your skill (and maybe luck) with the arcade games. After beating an arcade for the first time, Rextro will offer up another Pagie (and this trophy) if you manage to beat his high score. Once you start up the arcade, it will show you a leaderboard before the game starts so you will know what you have to aim for.
