This requires you to gather 75 of the 145 Pagies in the game.
There isn't really a specific order that you can get them as you can play the game in many different ways, though I unlocked mine without having to expand any worlds and getting all the Pagies I could before moving on.

Hivory Towers: 19
Tribalstack Tropics: 11
Glitterglaze Glacier: 10
Moodymaze Marsh: 15
Captial Cashino: 18
Galleon Galaxy: 2
