i answered that question in that episode correctly 3 times and no achievement.

Make sure you complete the episode so it counts, I had to go back for a missed wrong question of the game (totally forgot), and my achievement popped after answering this question again. Definitely counts :)

Can confirm that you don't have to complete the episode - I answered the question, let the next question load then paused and quit out. Reloaded Episode 3, did it again and it popped.

I just picked the right answer quit after i got it right than did it two more times and achievement unocked.
