Easiest way to do it while combining this with the other achievements is to get all the answers correct (except for the wrong answer of the game) for the first three episodes. Translation: Get the answers correct excluding the wrong answer of the game and you'll get the achievement on the second question of the third episode.

Below is a list of all the correct answers, and in parenthesis are the wrong answers of the game and where I popped specific achievements.

The fastest way to get the achievement Past Perfect (25G) is to play:

Jack Pack 3. Episode 7: "Queef" Quick Beef in a Can.

Load up the level. Then:
On question 1, Answer by pressing the "X" button.

Wait for the next question to start, then quit the game and reload the level again. Do this three times and the achievement will be yours.
