Easiest place to grind this out is the Fun House level right before the Riddler boss fight. Just punch in the code for the door and then back out at the stats screen to go back to chapter select. Repeat as needed skipping cutscenes.
Normal difficulty gets you 1300 xp and Hard gets you 3250.
I don't know if the code changes with new games but mine stayed the same for that save. The code I had is in the spoiler section.

It's the same code every tie. It doesn't change, no matter what.

If any was wondering, i did everything in the game, 2 play throughs, all 6 challenges(i didnt fail anything) also farmed the end stage for easy squad boosts or whatever their called, and ended at level 38 and half.
