Hello All,
First things first: For those who are not able to talk to Lundgren to have him open the 4th Mausoleum, make sure you have not sold any of Yarlonda’s weapons. Also, when talking to Lundgren to open the fourth Mausoleum, do not hold start to fast forward! I’m not 100% certain that these play into the bug or not, however on my first play through I sold the first three weapons (they suck) and encountered the bug. I kept them all in my inventory for the second playthrough and didn’t skip through dialogue and had no issues.
Other things to consider: I would recommend doing this before the final portion of the game. And Lastly, NEVER teleport directly to Gobbon Shop, teleport to Dowtown and jump down the well; it will prevent Lundgren from despawning.

Seems this has been acknowledged in some way, as it wasn't possible for me to sell Yarlanda's weapons.

Pro Tip, if you haven't gotten the 4th Mausoleum to open, you might be running into the same bug I have been. Lundgren keep despawning when you teleport in? Simply walk back up the well, jump back down manually, walk up to Lundgren from the way you first approached him. He should not despawn and should give you the dialog option to open the FINAL MAUSOLEUM.

I have no idea wtf is going on but I go to summon her and my screen goes white and I have to force a game exit and reload.
