Agree just set it to slow. I tried using a rapid fire controller, it actually hurt my performance though. Learn the bench or cardio game it's always the same pattern. GL

What helped me was to press the A button to hover around the top of the green area so you are aware of when it’ll start to move.

Get 1-3 tokens and save just bfor the gym lady, load if you fail to get 5*. I found this best whilst doing cardio and I did it on the fastest gameplay speed.
