Tough at first, until you realize what "dungeon" means in the context of this game. To unlock this achievement you just need to beat any node on the map you haven't previously beaten without taking any damage from traps or mobs. Short nodes are obviously best for this sort of thing, like the first instance of Yarlanda's Mausoleum (LV 4) or Hanging Jails (LV 4). You have to do it on one that hasn't been cleared because the boss won't be there if you have cleared it.
You don't have to do it on an easy difficulty, I did this on expert.
To make expert, and any other difficulty way too easy just turn on all of the options under "accessibility"
Having accessibility options enabled does not negate this achievement.

I missed this on my first play through but started a new game on easy and it took about 12 minutes to get this achievement bin the goblin library. Very easy on easy mode.

Just adding an Alt strategy from my experience.
The health bars of the baby dragons you can ride do not count as "taking damage" for this achievement. I was able to unlock it in the first Lava Zone dungeon that you encounter dragon mounts in by staying on the dragon for the entire dungeon (and none of the hits the dragon took voided the achievement).
